Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory Therapy Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 19:00-07:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: Required Certifications: CRT/RRT, BLS, ACLS, NRPF Must-Have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. ER/CCU, NICU, Level 2 EKG experience is necessary. Description: General Information: The position is located within a Respiratory Therapy Unit. The typical procedures performed include ventilator set-up for neonates through adults. Other responsibilities include high flow therapy in NICU, nebulizer treatments, nitric oxide therapy, Flolan therapy, BiPAP, bubble CPAP, and EKGs. Floating is expected across all units within the organization. The dress code requires hospital scrubs. Weekend shifts and on-call duties may be required. This position was created to fill a vacant role.
