Robotic Weld Operator– 1st & 2nd Shift | West Bend, WI

A West Bend metal manufacturing company is seeking reliable **Robotic Weld Operators **to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in robotic welding, metal manufacturing, quality inspection, and production . Whether you have robotic welding experience or are looking to grow your skills in a manufacturing environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Operate a robotic welder.
Visually inspect welds to ensure quality.
Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Willing to train General Labor candidates.
Robotic welding experience is a plus!
Attention to detail and reliability required.

Job Specifications

Pay Range: $16-20/hour
Shift Options: 1st or 2nd Shift
