Disposition Manager

Our mission is to become the most trusted off-market home buyer in the country. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Dispositions Manager located in Cincinnati, OH. The Dispositions Manager will be responsible for managing the sale and assignment of properties acquired by the company. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with investors, buyers, and realtors; marketing new deals through calls, email, text, and social media; negotiating the best possible price on every property; scheduling and showing properties; and keeping the CRM accurate and up to date from first contact through close. Additional responsibilities include researching and analyzing properties on the MLS, growing and cleaning our cash buyers list, sending assignment and JV agreements, and creating organic lead sources for off-market deals. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills to build strong buyer relationships and close property transactions efficiently — with a proven track record in business and/or sales (required) Extremely strong phone skills, with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone and consistently make the daily calls that drive results Real estate market knowledge (or the hunger to build it fast) to research properties on the MLS, evaluate comps, and price deals competitively Customer relationship management skills, including communication, follow-up, and fostering trust with buyers, investors, and realtors Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously Proficiency in using CRM tools (ideally SalesForce), marketing/lead technologies (email, text blasting, skip tracing, social platforms), and Google Suite and/or MS Office A competitive, coachable, results-driven mindset — a self-managed "go-getter" who embraces feedback, thinks like an owner, and hates losing Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, tight-knit, team-focused environment, with availability for some nights and weekends and limited travel as required Compensation Package OTE: $175,000+ $48,000 base salary + commission Clear performance metrics and advancement opportunities as we scale across Ohio and Kentucky Bonus upon completion of Real Estate License (cost covered by Rowling Homes) Featured Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Proven scripts, property analysis workflows, and an industry-leading CRM so you can focus on selling Competitive Compensation Plan Hands-on onboarding, live call reviews, and real coaching that helps you level up fast On-Site Gym Admin and transaction coordination support to take deals from assignment to close 2026 Renovated Office Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
