Alterations Customer Experience Associate
David
David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an A+ customer experience. The CSR will welcome customers, take appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup. The role reports to the Store Manager and interacts with the Alterations team to provide seamless service. Key duties include managing customer flow, resolving concerns, promoting alterations services, and maintaining high store standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr David
