Job Requirements

Experience

• Experience in LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum) is required.
• Postpartum nursing experience is required.
• First-time travelers are accepted.

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required.

Preferred Certifications

• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification preferred.
• STABLE certification preferred.

Schedule

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
• On-call: Yes.
  • Up to one on-call shift every two weeks , based on low census.
• 48-hour workweeks: Approved.
• Block scheduling: Not available.

Patient Ratios

• Staffing follows AWHONN staffing standards .

Floating

• Must be willing to float between units based on facility needs and within scope of practice.
