Contact Information Name Sabrina Boddy Phone View phone number on click.appcast.io Email View email address on click.appcast.io Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child and Adolescent In-Home Co-Therapist to support children and families receiving behavioral health services in Butler County. This position operates within a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model, focusing on person-centered care, early intervention, family engagement, and coordination of services for children and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges. The Co-Therapist works closely with consumers, families, and the treatment team to promote stabilization, recovery, and long-term wellness in the least restrictive environment possible. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a mental health-related field required Case Management certification required CANS (Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths) certification required Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, and families in community-based settings Knowledge of trauma-informed care and person-centered treatment planning preferred Responsibilities Conduct systematic assessments of consumers’ unmet behavioral health, emotional, and social needs Utilize CANS assessments to support treatment planning and service coordination Collaborate with therapists, Program Director, families, schools, and other professionals involved in the consumer’s care Develop and maintain individualized, person-centered plans of care that support stabilization and recovery Assist families in accessing community resources, benefits, and support services Support continuity of care and coordination of services across providers within the CCBHC care model Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with agency standards and CCBHC requirements Promote family engagement and advocate for the best interests of children and adolescents receiving services Requirements ALL candidates must be able to type and have basic computer skills, possess a valid AL driver’s license, eligibility for coverage under center liability insurance and individually held vehicle liability insurance with a clear background check.
