No experience required! The plumber will be responsible for installing and maintaining plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and mixed-use new construction projects. Working within a large crew that includes apprentices and junior plumbers, this role emphasizes quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and effective customer communication. The plumber will also occasionally respond to on-call or emergency situations, contributing to timely and efficient problem resolution on diverse job sites.
Responsibilities
- Install pipes and fixtures according to building codes and project specifications
- Perform rough plumbing and new plumbing installation on various projects
- Collaborate with a large team on residential, commercial, and mixed-use construction sites
- Maintain safety standards and practices on the job site
- Supervise apprentices and junior plumbers within the crew
- Respond to occasional on-call and emergency plumbing requests
- Ensure quality workmanship and customer communication throughout projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in plumbing
- No experience required
- Strong understanding of safety standards
- Problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina to meet job demands
- Great work ethic
- Show up on time.
