If you love fresh-baked goods, great coffee, and creating warm experiences for customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities: Assist with daily bakery production including mixing, shaping, and baking fresh breads and pastries Prepare and serve café beverages and food items to customers Provide friendly, welcoming customer service at the counter and register Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the bakery and café Stock and merchandise baked goods, retail items, and café displays Support opening and/or closing duties as scheduled Work collaboratively with team members during high-volume rushes Requirements: Prior experience in a bakery, café, or food service environment is a plus but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work early morning, weekend, or flexible shifts Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one A genuine passion for food, baking, and community About Us: Great Harvest Bread Co is a beloved neighborhood bakery and café known for its whole grain breads, scratch-made baked goods, and warm community atmosphere.
