Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to laboring and delivering patients in a Labor and Delivery unit
• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout the labor and delivery process
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Float to Mother Baby unit to care for newborns when Labor and Delivery census is low

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
• Active Driver's License required for submission
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Mother Baby or postpartum care
• Ability to adapt to varying census levels and float to related units as needed
