If you are spending 12 hours on your feet or rushing from patient to patient with no time to provide quality patient care, this would be the perfect opportunity to change your work environment. Our nurses have the time and a balanced schedule to build strong one-on-one relationships with your patients and their families. \n As a Home Infusion Nurse you will… \n - Challenge your clinical nursing (RN) skills by receiving continuous training on leading edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion. Certification and recertification expenses can be reimbursed for eligible RN’s such as Certified Registered Nurse of Infusion (CRNI®)! \n - Provide a broad range of infusion therapies in our patients’ homes \n - Make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist our patients recover in the comfort of their own home. \n - Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment. \n - Additional licensure may be required in multi state service areas \n - Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills in order to interact with the patient, physician, pharmacist and other partners. Schedule: \n - This is a full time position working a flexible Monday-Friday schedule that can go into the early evening at times. \n - The flexibility to work an occassional Saturday is needed. \n - On-call (100% telephonic) is not currently required. \n \n Coverage area: \n - You will visit patients within approximately two hours of Appleton, WI. \n - You will earn your hourly rate for both patient and drive time. \n Registered Nurses (RN) with Coram CVS/specialty infusion services, have a uniquely rewarding setting to use their exceptional nursing skills. As a national leader in the home infusion field, we seek those special RNs who not only possess strong clinical expertise with creative ideas but the kind of deep compassion and sensitivity it takes to treat people in their homes. \n \n Required Qualifications: \n - Registered Nurse with current license in WI \n - Minimum one year nursing experience \n - Strong IV insertion skills with a minimum of one year infusion/IV experience \n - Have and maintain current CPR certification \n - Possess a valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance \n - Have experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity \n - Participate in on call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs \n \n Preferred Qualifications: \n - Home healthcare experience is a plus, but not required \n - CRNI certification is a plus, but not required \n \n Education: \n RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing \n \n \n Anticipated Weekly Hours 40\n \n \n Time Type Full time\n \n \n Pay Range \n The typical pay range for this role is: \n $29.10 - $62.32\n \n This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. \n \n Our people fuel our future.
