About the Role You'll own a diverse caseload and pivot seamlessly between litigation and transactional work—all with the complex caseload you'd typically find at a much larger firm. What You'll Do Coordinate the discovery process, including document production and redaction Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas Manage and organize case files Serve as a key point of contact for clients, witnesses, and experts Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trial, including in-court support Track court deadlines and e-file in state and federal courts Assist with entity formation and filings, closing checklists, and contract templates Conduct research and due diligence What We're Looking For Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies 5+ years of substantive paralegal experience, ideally at a small or midsize firm Familiarity with e-filing systems, Microsoft Office, and legal software (Clio, Relativity, Westlaw) Exceptional written and verbal communication and strong organization Why Join Us $65,000-$85,000 starting salary (based on education and experience) 100% employer-paid health, vision, and dental insurance (after 60 days) 401(k) with up to 4% employer match (after one year) Flexible paid time off, plus employer-paid life and disability coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr
