Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination
• Handle front desk duties including patient check-in and phone communication
• Verify insurance information and maintain accurate record keeping
• Perform data entry using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication
• Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in medical administration
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and medical terminology
• Experience with appointment scheduling software
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and proficient data entry capabilities
• Ability to multitask effectively
