Production Associate 3rd Shift

Location: Coppell, TX 75019
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift, 9:45 PM 6:15 AM, MondayFriday
Overtime: Must be available for occasional Saturday overtime

We are currently hiring reliable Production Associates for a leading Food Manufacturing and Distribution Center in Coppell, TX.

Recent food manufacturing/warehouse experience is REQUIRED for consideration. Candidates must have previous experience working in a food manufacturing environment, specifically packing and seasoning products.

Restaurant experience does NOT qualify for this position.

Job Duties

• Operate and monitor machinery and production line equipment

• Feed raw materials into production machinery

• Assemble and package products on production lines

• Monitor the production process for quality and efficiency

• Perform basic quality control and testing checks

• Properly store finished goods and raw materials

• Follow all production procedures and safety guidelines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements

• MUST have recent food manufacturing experience

• MUST have food manufacturing packing and seasoning experience

• Restaurant experience alone will not qualify

• Ability to read and understand production documents and safety manuals

• Strong communication skills

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Must pass a background check; no misdemeanors or felonies

• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and walk for 8+ hours per day

• Must have good physical dexterity and ability to perform repetitive production tasks

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required

• Must be available for occasional Saturday overtime
