Vision Life is currently seeking experienced Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Pasadena. We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and skilled individuals who are committed to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and supervision to clients in a home/community setting
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, hygiene, and meal preparation
- Support clients in achieving personal goals and maintaining independence
- Follow individualized care plans and document daily activities accurately
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and families
- Substantial experience as a Direct Support Professional (preferred)
- Male and female candidates encouraged to apply (specific client needs)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background check
