Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time Cascades at St. Anne and Bethany at Silver Lake | (Seattle and Everett, WA) $50-$58/hour | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule Independence Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team. In this role, you will treat patients at Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett, WA and Cascades at St. Anne in Seattle, WA. You will remain on the clock if/when traveling between facilities during the workday. What You’ll Do As the SLP, you will treat a geriatric population in a skilled nursing environment, including: Dysphagia evaluation and treatment Cognitive-linguistic therapy Speech and language evaluation and treatment Patient and family education Treatment of medically complex patients Participation in discharge planningCollaboration with nursing, OT, PT, and facility staff Your work will have a direct and meaningful impact on patient independence and quality of life.
