Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting within a community health clinic framework, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong focus on team collaboration. You will work during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The remote structure enables counselors to engage with clients from various locations, making mental health support more accessible to seniors in Tampa and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
