Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to create cohesive content strategies that drive engagement and conversions. Conduct thorough research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content creation and ensure relevance. Edit and proofread content to maintain high standards of quality, clarity, and accuracy, ensuring all materials are free from errors and adhere to brand guidelines. Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, enhancing visibility and driving organic traffic to our digital platforms. Monitor content performance metrics and analyze data to refine strategies and improve future content initiatives. Engage with our audience through social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a sense of community around our brand. Stay updated on emerging content trends and tools, integrating new techniques and technologies to enhance our content offerings. Assist in the development of content calendars to ensure timely delivery of materials and alignment with marketing campaigns. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for new content projects and initiatives. Collaborate with external partners, such as freelance writers and graphic designers, to expand our content capabilities and reach. Provide feedback and guidance to junior content creators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or a similar role, preferably within a digital marketing environment. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing styles and formats, demonstrating versatility and creativity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices, along with experience using analytics tools to measure content performance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed. Nice to have Experience in the tech or sustainability sectors, with an understanding of relevant industry terminology and trends. Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies for audience engagement.
