Customer Experience Concierge

Delivering exceptional service to Card Members at the LAX Centurion Lounge, the full-time Customer Experience Concierge will manage customer interactions, provide concierge and travel assistance, and ensure a memorable experience in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival, ensuring a seamless experience Take ownership of customer interactions, addressing issues and creating innovative solutions to enhance loyalty Offer personalized concierge and lifestyle recommendations, along with travel consultation and reservation assistance Required qualifications Minimum of 1-year recent experience in servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry Proven ability to deliver proactive customer service and exceptional communication skills Strong decision-making skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Resourceful with effective use of technology in a customer-facing setting Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
