Associate Director, Territory Operations Manager - Cell Therapy

AstraZeneca seeks an Associate Director for Territory Operations to lead cell therapy trial execution across the Northwest region. The role combines site strategy, clinical workflow oversight, and cross-functional coordination to accelerate patient access and ensure regulatory compliance across treatment centers.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional site selection and expansion strategies to accelerate patient access and trial readiness
• Lead risk-based site activation, certification, and training programs to ensure compliance and operational readiness
• Guide end-to-end cell therapy workflows including apheresis, product handling, infusion, and documentation
• Drive quality assurance, audit readiness, deviation management, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across program management, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and commercial teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, life sciences, healthcare administration, or business
• 8 years of clinical experience in hospital or industry settings
• 6 years of CAR-T cell therapy experience preferred
• Expertise in service line operations, infrastructure, resourcing, and quality metrics
• Strong knowledge of cell therapy standards and regulatory frameworks including FACT
• Experience selecting and contracting with external providers
• Project management or quality certifications (PMP, CPHQ preferred)

Compensation: $150,098-$225,147 base annual
