Data & Analytics Engineer (Snowflake + Microsoft Fabric)

Role Description:
Design and implement secure, scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions to support MVP and Scale phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize data pipelines integrating Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric.
- Define minimum viable integration with Fabric for MVP.
- Collaborate with internal data teams to ensure compliance and scalability.
- Support reporting and visualization (Power BI optional, not primary).
- Ensure PHI data is handled securely and in compliance with HIPAA.
- Monitor and optimize data performance and reliability.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in data engineering and analytics.
- Strong expertise in Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud-based analytics, and data governance.
- Knowledge of Power BI and other visualization tools (secondary).
- Familiarity with healthcare data compliance standards (HIPAA).
