• Hold a valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working within pediatric and school environments
• Demonstrated ability to bill Medicaid accurately and efficiently
• Proficient in supervising SLPAs and guiding their professional development
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Accurately document all sessions and progress, maintaining compliance with Medicaid billing requirements
• Oversee and mentor SLPAs, ensuring best practices and adherence to school standards
• Participate in team meetings, collaborating with educators, administrators, and families
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and contribute to IEP development
• Stay current with evidence-based practices relevant to pediatric and school-based SLP work
