HVAC Lead Installer

Overview Woods Comfort Systems is seeking an experienced and dedicated HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. This role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish. Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Train and mentor installation team members to ensure quality workmanship. Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues to ensure optimal system performance. Maintain accurate records of installations, service reports, and inventory usage. Communicate effectively with customers to provide outstanding service and answer any questions. Requirements: EPA Certification (Required). Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HVAC installation. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
