You’ll track leads daily, schedule appointments for the mortgage team, prepare paperwork, and respond to customer inquiries on transactions as needed. Compensation:

$50,000 + bonus

Responsibilities:

• Verify all loan package documentation received is accurate and complete in accordance with company policy and procedures and report any discrepancies to the loan originator/ loan officer
• Gather and coordinate necessary loan documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork
• Screen and make calls, book appointments and provide administrative support as needed
• Handle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent service
• Serve as the primary contact and liaison between clients, branch manager, and assigned loan originator and conduct meetings to coordinate any follow-up items

• Coordinate and schedule appointments for the mortgage team to ensure seamless client interactions.
• Prepare and organize necessary paperwork for loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Track and manage daily leads to support the loan origination staff in meeting their targets.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing clear and helpful information on transaction processes.
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date records in our database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Support the loan origination staff by managing administrative tasks and prioritizing workload effectively.

Qualifications:

• Preferably 2-3 years of administrative support in a professional office or mortgage environment
• College degree in finance or banking preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients
• Comprehension of basic loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc.

• Must have or be willing to get an NMLS license in the state of PA
