Operations Store Associate

Summary The Operations Store Associate supports the day-to-day operations of a retail store, with responsibilities across inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales floor support. The role is primarily non-selling, but may assist customers and support selling activities as business needs require. Responsibilities Process deliveries, merchandise, tags, transfers, and replenishment activities according to company guidelines. Conduct inventory scans, maintain stockroom organization, and support accurate inventory levels on the sales floor. Assist sales floor team members with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and customer service. Support transactions, store recovery, fitting room cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards. Collaborate with team members and adapt to operational needs across front- and back-of-house functions. Requirements Back-of-house experience or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to lift or climb as needed and maneuver throughout the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and office.
