Gastroenterologist | Washington Vacation Destination | 620K+ Base | 4-Day Week

Join one of the region's largest multispecialty healthcare organizations, supported by approximately 300 physicians and 170+ advanced practice providers. They are seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join an established team of 8 GI physicians. Located in the heart of Washington wine country, the area offers 300+ days of sunshine, access to the Cascade Mountains, endless outdoor recreation, acclaimed wineries, and a lower cost of living with no state income tax.

The Position:
• 4-Day Work Week ~70% Procedures / 30% Clinic
• High procedural volume with immediate ramp-up
• Call: 1:8, transitioning to minimal call
• No admissions - strong hospitalist support
• General GI focus with advanced GI backup
• Physician-led, highly collaborative team environment with strong internal referral network

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $573,000 - $620,000 + signficiant RVU compensation
• Signing bonus starting at $40K + relocation assistance
• $600/month benefits stipend
• Full benefits package + malpractice covered
• 401(k) with immediate 5% match (fully vested Day 1)
• CME: $10,000 every 2 years
• Generous PTO - up to 11 weeks
