MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Duties
You will conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on a wide variety of HR variables, including program factors, hiring authorities, attrition rates, demographics, level of efforts and fiscal constraints on a wide variety of HR variables.
You will identify relationships between HR variables and recommend or advise on appropriate methods and measures for policy and performance decision support.
You will develop and maintain highly intuitive, executive-level demographics, hiring, and onboard snapshots integrated development environments and the latest business intelligence and visualization platforms.
You will plan methods, procedures, and techniques for collecting, compiling, and presenting human capital data, statistics, and trends in support of data science projects and maintain robust documentation throughout the data science projects.
