Established in 2007, Futures provides specializedApplied Behavior Analysis (ABA)services to children, adults, and families across Massachusetts. Our team takes acollaborative, interdisciplinary approachto help individuals reach their fullest potential. What You’ll Do:

• ConductFunctional Behavior Assessments(FBAs)
• Develop and implementBehavior Intervention Plans
• Createindividualized treatment plansto help learners grow
• Providetraining and supportto caregivers and staff
• Work inhome, community, and clinical settings

What You Need:

• LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analysis)
• Master’s Degree / Certificationin ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
• Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
• Passion for helping individuals thrive
