Shift: Night Shift, 12 Hours

Hours/Week: 36-40 hours

Employment Type: Temporary/Travel

License/Certs: Current RN License in Florida, BLS, ACLS

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant RN experience

What You'll Do

• Use the nursing process to deliver safe, effective patient care within a Medical/Surgical unit.
• Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Stay current on federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols, including exposure risk management.

What You Need

• Required:
• Valid RN license in Florida
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• At least 2 years of recent RN experience in a medical/surgical setting
• Preferred:
• Additional certifications in clinical specialties
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with healthcare technology and documentation systems
