Job Purpose: To perform welding tasks that ensure the maintenance and fabrication of trench shoring or safety equipment, contributing to the safety and operational efficiency of our rental fleet.

What You Will Do:

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks on trench shoring or safety equipment.
• Repair and maintain equipment to ensure it is safe and operational.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws.
• Operate various metal fabrication equipment and tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in welding from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience as a welder, preferably in the construction or equipment rental industry.
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.

Skills:

• Ability to stand, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods.
• Ability to perform various welding techniques (MIG, arc welding, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Pay Range: $26.00 Per Hour
