Job DescriptionDo you have experience working in Manufacturing, Packing Products off Conveyor lines, Mechanical Aptitude, Working with Plastic molding??? If so, WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!!!Packer Compensation:Starting rate $18.75 an hour +.50 to $1.00 shift differential for nights - paid weeklyAs a Packer, you will:Packer provides support for the operation team by working safely, in a fast paced production warehouse environment, while inspecting product for defects and packing finished goods in correct configuration.Responsibilities:Inspect and pack product per customer specification using safe work practices.Keep up with the fast pace of production and maintain a clean work area.Read, understand, and correctly complete daily paperwork.Set up work area using materials as specified in the work order and replenish materials as needed.Assist the Operator with set-up and/or change over activities as directed.Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & procedures.Actively engage in safety programs.Assist other team members as needed.Perform other duties as assigned or needed.Education and/or Experience:High School diploma or equivalent.Eligible to work in the United States.Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.Work overtime as required.Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.Company BenefitsWhat You'll Get From UsBenefitsWith safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
