As Controller, you will partner closely with executive leadership, evaluate growth opportunities, support acquisitions and capital investments, and lead a talented finance team. Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership to drive business performance and strategic growth. Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis activities. Support acquisitions, capital investment decisions, and long-term planning initiatives. Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and operational excellence. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance. Develop, coach, and mentor a high-performing finance team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience. Strong business acumen and strategic decision-making capability. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results. CPA and/or MBA preferred.
