Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians

• Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to baths, dressing, and vital sign monitoring

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

• Utilize Point Click Care software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records

• Direct the day-to-day tasks of certified nursing assistants (CNAs)

• Encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each resident

• Participate in shift reports and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

Requirements:

• Valid RN/LPN nursing license

• Ability to quickly learn and navigate Point Click Care software

• Valid CPR & IV certification

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including 8 and 12 hour shifts

• Accepting new and seasoned LPNs
