Bilingual Team Leader / Líder de Producción en Manufactura

Descripción del Puesto:
Estamos buscando un(a) Líder de Producción en Manufactura motivado(a) y organizado(a) para una empresa de manufactura.
Responsabilidades:
- Liderar y supervisar a los miembros del equipo de producción.
- Monitorear las actividades y el desempeño diario de la producción.
- Registrar y dar seguimiento a datos de producción, reportes y horarios utilizando Excel.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad alimentaria, GMP (Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura) y estándares de calidad.
- Capacitar y apoyar al personal de producción.
- Identificar problemas de producción y colaborar en iniciativas de mejora continua.
- Mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro, limpio y eficiente.
- Comunicarse de manera efectiva con la gerencia y los miembros del equipo.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa en manufactura de alimentos es preferible.
- Se requiere experiencia en liderazgo o supervisión.
- No es necesario ser bilingüe; sin embargo, debe poder leer y escribir en inglés.
- Se requieren habilidades sólidas en Excel (entrada de datos, seguimiento y reportes básicos).
- Excelentes habilidades de organización y comunicación.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de manufactura de ritmo acelerado.
