Advanced Practice Provider - PRN - Observation

Role Overview: An Advanced Practice Provider (PRN, Observation) delivers comprehensive healthcare in primary or specialty areas, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, and referrals. They serve as clinical resource, role model, and trainer for practitioners and students, ensuring high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Perform clinical duties such as history-taking, physical exams, assessments, and ordering tests. Accurately document health information and management plans. Collaborate with physicians and refer patients as needed for optimal outcomes. Educate patients and families on care plans and self-management. Support interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction. Stay current with advancements through professional development and participate in organizational activities. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and certification requirements. Qualifications & Skills Physician Assistant or APRN with relevant licensure, certification, and ongoing certifications (ACLS, ATLS, PALS, etc.). Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as an APP.
