Must be SAFe certified. Should have played a Scrum Master role for at least 2 years. Ability to work independently, taking ownership and accountability. Strong communication and presentation skills. Planning meetings and organizing demos. Ensuring collaboration with dependent teams and resolving impediments for the scrum team.
