A growing manufacturer of personalized décor and gift products is looking for a motivated Production Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume production facility.
- Manage daily production operations across multiple manufacturing departments.
- Lead production supervisors and hourly associates to meet operational objectives.
- Ensure production schedules are executed safely and efficiently.
- Analyze daily performance and implement corrective actions.

Job Qualifications:
