We need a Core HR Lead and a Payroll Lead for a 6-month Oracle HCM Cloud / Payroll implementation located in South Florida.

Core HR Lead Consultant:

• Has been a Payroll Lead and has strong leadership skills
• Detail Oriented - Can describe the processes and walk the client through designs and processes
• Can support East Coast Client 8 5 ET
• Understands the challenges of taking over a project in flight.

• Core HR Lead role Start Date: 27-NOV-24 End Date: 12-APR-24

Payroll Lead Consultant:

We need an Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead for a project in Rochester, NY.

• Functional Payroll lead role Start Date: ASAP End Date: 09-AUG-24

Payroll Lead Requirements (PM):

• Must be able to travel to Rochester, NY
• Strong functional Cloud Payroll Lead experience (preferably on implementation projects)
• Priority on recent/significant experience with complex implementation projects for Cloud Payroll project.
