• Provide 24-hour call coverage during nights and weekends
• Handle approximately 65 surgical cases each month
• Work within an inpatient hospital environment
• Perform procedures such as appendectomy, cholecystectomy, bowel obstruction management, and incision & drainage
• Conduct EGD, colonoscopy, and amputation procedures
• Note that locum tenens providers will not respond to codes
• Complete orientation the day before the first scheduled shift
