Role Description

Service & Support Technician (St. Louis, MO)

Company is works with complex automated systems that combine robotics, conveyance, sensing scanning,custom control software to move and process high volumes of product accurately and quickly for large-scale operations, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision serving clients across the U.S. and Canada.

This role splits time between technical support from our office and on-site service/maintenance at customer facilities. You'll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues on live automated systems, build strong customer relationships, and grow into an independent, trusted technical resource with room to shape our support processes as you go.

What You'll Do

• Provide remote and on-site technical support and troubleshooting for automated conveyor/controls systems
• Travel for preventative maintenance, service, and installation support (30 40% overnight)
• Learn software and PLC/control systems, cross-training with our engineering team
• Manage your own service assignments and billing documentation with minimal supervision
• Train customer teams and help identify spare parts needs

What You Bring

• 2-year technical degree; 2 4 years in a service tech role
• Understanding of electrical circuits, relay logic, VFDs, sensors, pneumatics, high/low voltage systems
• General networking knowledge (LAN/VLAN/IP addressing/VPN)
• Receives Service/Preventative Maintenance assignments; responsible for execution of scope/solutions independently, following company standards.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual Spanish a plus
• Bonus: e-commerce/material handling equipment experience (conveyors, scales, barcode equipment)

Optional - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a related technical field, with equivalent practical experience.

This role is onsite when not traveling, West County, MO. with cross-functional teams and customer personnel.




Willingness to work in an industrial environment and occasionally travel to customer facilities for installations and startups.
