Registered Nurse - Acute Care, Post Surgical, Telemetry - Full-Time

Role Overview The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. They practice in a clinical environment guided by evidence-based standards, professional models, and organizational values. Key Responsibilities Perform nursing processes, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring personalized and culturally sensitive care. Partner with patients and families through effective communication, patient education, and shared decision-making. Coordinate and document safe, quality care, fostering teamwork, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a respectful environment. Support professional development by mentoring colleagues and maintaining competency through ongoing education. Promote evidence-based practice, participate in research, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives. Assist in developing protocols, optimizing resource use, and supporting system-wide care goals. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Bachelor's Nursing degree; license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and current BLS certification. Minimum 5 years of RN experience, preferably in direct patient care. Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and respond decisively to emergencies.
