Job Description:

As a greenhouse specialist at A&N Garden and Greenhouse, your primary responsibility will be to help with the day-to-day operations of our greenhouse facility. You will be in charge of planting, nurturing, and maintaining a wide variety of plants to ensure their health and growth. Your tasks will include watering, fertilizing, pruning, and monitoring temperature and humidity levels to create the optimal growing conditions for our plants. As well as, loading bulk material for customers, delivering bulk materials, plants and moving materials around the yard.

In addition to plant care, you will also be responsible for inventory management, and maintaining equipment to ensure the smooth operation of our greenhouse. You will work closely with our A&N Garden and Greenhouse team with watering, unloading and loading trucks, moving materials, delivering materials to customers, building special projects.

The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about plants. Previous experience in greenhouse operations is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
