Director OF Talent Acquisition

Engine is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition Operations to build the infrastructure that powers our hiring. You will own SOPs, AI roadmap, capacity planning, and the TA tech stack to enable a fast, scalable process. As a systems-thinker, you will lead TA partners, ensure data cleanliness, and drive quarterly OKRs while collaborating with Finance, People Ops, and Engineering.
