What You’ll Do Perform advanced medical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for critically ill or injured patients. Document patient care and transport details with accuracy for compliance and billing purposes. Collaborate with team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Participate in mandatory training, clinical rotations, and skill development programs. Uphold the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and patient care. What You Bring Active Paramedic Certification: Valid in the state of Indiana. Experience: At least 3 years (5 years preferred) in a busy 911/pre-hospital setting. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, PHTLS/ITLS (NRP preferred). Specialized Credentials: FP-C certification within 24 months of hire. Physical Requirements: Body weight below 235 lbs and ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Preferred: Flight or transport experience and a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field. Competitive Pay: Annual earnings potential of $66,000–$81,170. Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 (available through January 31, 2025).
