Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) - Days

This is a 13-week contract position.

3x12 Hour Shifts (07:00 AM - 07:30 PM)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care during the day shift. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of experience, preferably in a similar nursing setting, and display a compassionate approach to patient care.

Delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical/surgical unit.

Monitoring patient health and vital signs, administering medications, and managing IV therapy.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery.

Providing patient and family education regarding treatments and health conditions.

Documenting patient care and progress in the electronic health record using Epic.

Adhering to infection control protocols and quality care standards.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland or compact state.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Clinical Practice Improvement (CPI) certification preferred.

1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience required.

Experience with electronic health records, particularly Epic, is preferred.
