HR Operations Coordinator

Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including data entry into HRIS systems. Prepare, collect, and maintain employment documentation, including I-9 forms, employment agreements, and onboarding records. Manage candidate relocation documentation and reimbursement processes & process invoices and payments for contractors, interns, and HR vendors. Maintain and update employee data within HR systems and related databases. Generate employment verification letters and other employee documentation & maintain HR records, employee rosters, and departmental documentation. Monitor compliance requirements and follow up on required actions, including I-9 reverifications and contract renewals. Support internal and external audits by preparing required HR documentation. Respond to inquiries received through the HR shared inbox and direct requests to the appropriate HR team member. Assist with HR reporting, process documentation, and system improvement initiatives. Support additional HR projects and administrative activities as assigned. Requirements: 2+ years of HR coordination, HR administration, onboarding, payroll support, or administrative experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills & experience maintaining confidential employee information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint & experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, or SAP SuccessFactors preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
