Storage Facility Manager Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Job Description Milt’s Mini Storage is a family‑owned business that has served the Omaha metro for over 50 years! We are currently seeking a full‑time Self‑Storage Facility Manager. Hours are Monday‑Friday 8:30 AM‑5:00 PM and Saturdays 8:30 AM‑12:30 PM. Job Requirements Open and close the office adhering to posted business hours Ability to provide excellent customer service/sales skills Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have a valid driver's license Ability to maintain accurate records for each tenant, including lease and all correspondence Collection skills for delinquent accounts Complete daily lot checks Clean vacant units, grounds and office Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the ability to learn company’s user‑friendly software Familiar with the use of a printer, scanner, and phone Process daily deposit and corresponding paperwork All candidates are subject to a background check and drug screening Experience Experience is preferred, but willing to train the right person.
