Marty's Chevrolet is seeking an Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in automotive sales, delivers exceptional customer experience, and consistently meets or exceeds sales goals.This position requires strong closing skills, product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through a transparent, professional buying process.ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in person, online, and by phoneConduct needs assessments and present vehicle options accordinglyPerform test drives and explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing optionsNegotiate deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfactionGuide customers through the full purchase process, including trade-ins and paperworkFollow up with prospects and sold customers to ensure satisfaction and retentionMaintain accurate and timely CRM recordsMeet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metricsStay current on manufacturer incentives, inventory, and product knowledgeQualificationsMinimum of 2-4 years of automotive sales experience requiredProven closing ability and consistent sales performanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and strong work ethicSelf-motivated, organized, and goal-drivenAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysValid driver's license and clean driving recordWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + commissionVolume and performance bonusesOngoing manufacturer and in-house trainingSupportive management and team environmentAdvancement opportunities within the dealershipBenefits package including health insurance, PTO, and retirement optionsAll offers of employment are contingent upon results of a background check.
