Senior Growth Analyst

DescriptionOverview:The Senior Analyst will own customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and digital performance insights, with a primary focus on driving web traffic, conversion, and revenue growth. This role translates customer behavior data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve on-site merchandising, marketing effectiveness, and overall customer lifetime value. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain customer segments based on behavior, spend, category mix, and lifecycle stage.Develop and analyze cohorts to understand retention, frequency, basket growth, and long-term value.Own reporting and insights around web traffic, conversion rates, and digital revenue performance.Identify opportunities to increase on-site conversion through merchandising, navigation, search, and promotions.Partner with marketing to evaluate campaign performance and traffic quality by segment and channel.Design and analyze A/B tests across web experiences, promotions, and messaging.Create dashboards and recurring reports that track key digital and customer performance metrics.Provide clear, actionable recommendations to digital, marketing, and sales teams.Monitor trends in customer behavior and proactively surface growth opportunities.Success MetricsWebsite conversion rateTraffic growth and qualityDigital revenue and average order valueCustomer retention and purchase frequencyIncremental revenue from tests and targeted initiativesRequirements:Experienced analyst with a strong background in segmentation, cohort analysis, and digital performance.Deep understanding of e-commerce metrics such as traffic, conversion, AOV, and retention.Comfortable working with large datasets and turning insights into business actions.Strong communicator who can present findings clearly to cross-functional teams.Highly curious, detail-oriented, and focused on measurable growth outcomes.Background in consulting, high-growth startups, ecommerce, or marketing/analytics agencies, with experience applying data to drive customer and revenue growth.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered.Technology Skills: Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.Baldor Specialty Foods is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
