Location: Leawood, KS | Greater Kansas City Area Work Model: Primarily On‑Site Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 base salary plus performance‑based bonus Total Compensation Potential: $100,000–$200,000+ About the Role: Our client, a growing and well‑established wealth management firm in the Kansas City area, is seeking a CFP®‑licensed Wealth Management Advisor to join their close‑knit, 7‑person team. This advisor will step into a highly visible role with access to qualified internal referrals and a clear path into the firm’s long‑term succession and leadership plan. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced advisor who enjoys owning client relationships, closing business, and delivering sophisticated planning solutions to high‑earning professionals and business leaders.
