Receptionist

Position: Workplace Experience Associate Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402 (No Parking Provided) Pay Rate: $19/hour Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Duration: Temp to Hire Position Summary The Workplace Experience Associate helps elevate the office experience by providing personalized, client-focused service and administrative support. This role works closely with other departments like Experience and Events Teams to support daily office operations, hospitality services, and event coordination while ensuring all client requests are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities & Duties Deliver 5-star customer service across all forms of communication. Welcome guests, manage visitor registration, and orient new clients. Build positive relationships with clients and proactively support their needs. Serve as the main point of contact for workplace-related requests and services. Provide real-time meeting support and ensure meeting spaces are fully prepared, including AV, catering, lighting, temperature, and supplies. Maintain high standards for concierge and hospitality services. Conduct regular floor walks to ensure common areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked. Manage supplies and expense tracking. Submit and coordinate facilities work orders. Support building security processes, guest access, and access card troubleshooting. Handle inquiries related to bike storage, mailrooms, loading docks, and other workplace amenities. Secure deliveries and packages in designated areas. Maintain key control logs and ensure workplace cleanliness. Build strong professional relationships across teams and departments. Assist during emergencies by guiding clients and guests when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, workplace experience, or client service environments preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset. Physical Requirements Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs frequently. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, or sit for extended periods. Comfortable operating office equipment and handling deliveries/packages.
